Why not create a public svn repository, e.g., on sourceforge, which  
uses svn:externals to pull in Equalizer correctly. Ideally there would  
be a README on how to setup and run on Windows and Linux. That way  
your work is not lost, and I might find some time to have a look on  
Linux.
