Since it's application-specific, it does not belong to the configuration
file.
But since its app-specific, you are right that it doesn't belong to
eq::Window, but instead to eqPly::Window -- see <
http://equalizer.svn.sourceforge.net/equalizer/?rev=1694&view=rev>.
