Are you sure your library version matches your executable version?
Something seems very fishy, because eq::Node::_cmdConfigInit never
calls eq::Node::waitInitialized - the latter is only called by the
pipe threads to synchronize their configInit().
Btw, if you report bugs please give the stack trace from all threads
(use thread #n to switch), preferably with debug symbols.
