This is the swapbarrier which hangs. From the symptoms in the video I
strongly suspect the network. What kind of network setup do you have
(host card, switch)?

To verify, please remove the swap barrier. If that solves it, setting
the 'TCP Ack Frequency' to one might help - I don't know how that's
done on Linux.
